As a Realtor and Interior Designer with over 25 years of experience, I have had my share of pushback when it comes to staging a home. Most people think that staging is expensive and list their house without staging, only to settle for a reduced sales price or sometimes not sell the home at all.
When clients ask “How much does staging cost?” The truth is, it costs less than the first price reduction or the second! The actual cost depends on the size of the home, the number of rooms to be staged, and the scope of work included. Our prices for vacant staging ranges between $500-$1500 per room, depending on the level of luxury the home requires and includes the staging fee, delivery, set up, and first-month rental fee. Staging is typically done for the living room, dining room, master bedroom en suite, and main bath.
We offer walk and talk consultations for $250 for a two-hour consult. This includes advice on decluttering and organization, painting, repairs if necessary, and furniture placement if working with an occupied home.
